CHINESE LANGUAGE TEACHING

Active Learning of Chinese

This seminar-workshop is intended for teachers of Mandarin who are looking at different strategies and approaches in delivering their content beyond the normal passive listening of students. Research shows that to form lifelong learners, we need to develop not only the cognitive skills of students but also their love and interest so that positive attitude can be nurture towards what we teach. Active learning provides opportunities for creativity and ownership to what they learn. Participants are encouraged to demonstrate what they learn at the end of the workshop.
